Browse open roles by location and specialty to find the right fit for your schedule and career goals.
2.
Interview Process
Meet with our team of hiring experts, who will work closely with you to identify the right opportunity. Throughout the process, our team will guide you through both the clinical and HR aspects of joining MRG.
3.
Onboarding & Training
Once you’ve accepted the position, our onboarding team will support you through the credentialing process and required training modules, all of which can be completed remotely at your own pace. From there, you’ll participate in a live tutoring session, complete a shadow day alongside an experienced provider, and be paired with a dedicated mentor to help guide your transition into the role.
4.
Start seeing Veterans with our supportive team behind you
Once you’re up and running, you’ll have access to a robust support network every step of the way. We invest heavily in the success of our providers by offering ongoing resources and guidance designed to support your long-term success in the role. During the interview process, we’ll walk you through the many support resources available to you as part of the MRG team.
5.
Build a lasting career
Enjoy the work-life balance a career with MRG can provide, while also experiencing the meaningful and rewarding aspects of serving Veterans through our mission-driven work.
Training & Support
Our provider support system extends beyond onboarding. Whether you have a question on your first day or your fiftieth, help is never far away. You’ll have structured, ongoing touchpoints that include individual sessions, collaborative group discussions, and peer-driven forums where providers connect, ask questions, and learn from one another.
Every provider, regardless of specialty or experience level, has access to the full range of training and support resources we offer.
The MRG Difference
We believe great outcomes start with great providers — and great providers deserve an organization that is equally invested in their success. From the moment you join MRG, we give you the training, tools, resources, and support you need to do your best work and continue growing throughout your career with us.
That commitment doesn't end after onboarding. Our providers are backed by dedicated operational teams, ongoing education and mentorship, and a culture built around high standards and continuous improvement. You'll always know what's expected of you, have people to turn to when you need support, and be part of a team that wants to see you succeed.
At MRG, we ask a lot of our providers — and we invest just as much in helping them deliver. That’s the difference.
