At MRG Exams, our corporate team is the engine that keeps everything running. From recruiting and onboarding to territory management, finance, and facilities, every function plays a direct role in supporting our providers and ensuring every Veteran receives a timely, high-quality exam.

Key Roles
Territory Management
Territory Managers are the primary point of contact for providers in their region. They handle administrative coordination, performance support, and day-to-day problem solving, making sure providers have what they need to deliver high-quality exams on time.
Fulfillment and Onboarding
This team identifies, evaluates, and brings in the clinical talent that makes our mission possible. The fulfillment team focuses on finding the right candidates. The onboarding team makes sure the credentialing and training process is smooth from start to finish.
Human Resources
HR supports the full employee lifecycle at MRG, providing administrative services, employee relations support, and guidance to staff across the organization.
Accounting
The accounting team manages expense reporting, billing, and lease administration, keeping MRG’s financial operations running with accuracy and accountability.
Facilities
The facilities team oversees all physical office locations, ensuring spaces are compliant, operational, and ready to support the providers and staff who use them.
